Have all the Doctors from Doctor Who had "eccentric" taste in clothes?

I only know three Doctors: 11th- bow ties, and fezzes, 10th- pinstripe
suits, and sneakers, and the 9th doctor- motor cycle jacket and slick
hair. Is this a trend of the doctor's?
